- Supervises the overall technical and execution work of MV, RMUs, Switchgears, Busways, MDBs large scale, BUS Tie, power factor enhancement Capacitor Banks, MDBs Block set, Prisma, Universal. Etc. LV cables sizing and installations, terminations, testing, Voltage Drop, Load calculations, Short circuit calculations, Power Single Line Diagram, Small Power installations, Mechanical Power, HVAC Power, Lighting, Earthing and Lightnings, Low Current Systems such as Fire Alarm, Evacuation System, Public Agrees system, BGM, Data Systems Passive and Active components, CCTV System, Access Control System, Intrusion Systems, Door Holder systems, Gate barrier and Car Parking Management systems, Lighting Control Systems, CBS ( Central battery Systems) Disable toilets Systems, TMS (Theater Management System ) Nurse Call Systems, BMS
- Overseeing the design, installation and supply of electrical systems. Day-to-day draw up schedules, allocate time, resource and budget, as well as manage staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard.
- Direct the work in the area of expertise of the engineers, Analysts, Co-op Students, and CAD Drafters in the Facilities Engineering Department
- Investigates problems described in work requests and assigns personnel to perform the design of the project
- Supervises the overall technical of design and procurements of projects
- Provides appropriate engineering technology support to the engineering staff
- Recruits, monitors, evaluates, motivates, and develops performance of the engineering staff
- Provides and tracks appropriate training needs of the engineering staff

Electrical Engineer
Responsibility:-
Follow up and lead the team for site executing, submitting the Low Current Systems such as Da-ta, Networking Infrastructure, IP Telephony, IP TV, IP CCTV, IP Access Control, Fire Alarm, Guest Room Management System, BMS, CCMS… etc.
Follow up for executing, submitting for all power and low current systems with the related sup-pliers and subcontractors.
Follow up for the Electrical site work and material to site delivery.
Follow up and lead the team for executing, submitting electrical power work at construction sites
Performs overall electrical cost estimates including low voltage systems (Data, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, etc) and prepares highly competitive bids using Tember-Line and customized estimating software
Review Electrical Design and Work Shop Drawing and Technical Submission.
Evaluation of construction tenders and change order technical and cost proposals. Require-ments.
Review different proposal from suppliers technically for all low current systems and power and making technically comparison for getting the best one to submit to consultant
Conduct inspection according to Local and International Regulations such as fire alarm NFPA.
Help lead a team to ensure all project milestones and goals are achieved while working hand in hand with the Project manager and all our staff to satisfy our target.
