• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Track and monitor accounts receivable & payable.
• Issue and prepare invoices & receipts.
• Preparing, Maintaining and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Preparing reconciliations (banks, cash, customers & suppliers).
• Preparing debit and credit notes upon requests.
• Inter-companies' entries & reconciliation.
• Reviewing A/R aging with the CFO and commenting on accounts on a weekly basics.
• Monitoring customers account details for non-payments, late payments & other irregularities.
• Preparing cost reports for every project.
• Assisting in payroll preparation.
• Supporting the Chief accountant for the end-of-month & end-of-year closing process.
• Summarizing financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements as required.
• Reviewing and recording leasing and insurance contracts for tenants.
• Managing & executing various administrative tasks within the accounting field.
