Duties: shift maintenance engineer for all instrument devices.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting, start up, shutdown job & preventive / corrective maintenance.
• Provided technical support to design team and performed all repairs in instrument devices and control systems.
FIELD INSTRUMENTATION:-
• I am having excellence in calibration, configuration and installation of various types of Transmitters like pressure, flow, temp, level etc of pneumatic, analog & smart types.
❖ * Flow transmitters (D/P, Vortex, Turbine, Mass Flow meters, Magnetic Flow meters )
❖ *Level Transmitters (D/P, Displacer, Radar, Float level gauging, ultrasonic)
❖ * Level Switches calibration & troubleshooting
❖ * Pressure Transmitters & Switches measurements, Control, Calibration and troubleshooting.
❖ * Temperature (RTD, Thermocouples, KTY, Thermometer elements) & Temperature Transducers
❖ & transmitters calibration and troubleshooting.
❖ * Valves Actuators (motorized, pneumatic, hydraulic)
❖ * Smart Valves Positioners for Pneumatic control I/P converters.
❖ * Mechanical pressure control valves (PCV, spring &pilot actuated) adjusting & maintenance.
❖ * Control Valves (Butterfly, Globe & Needle valves) adjusting and maintenance.
❖ * ON-OFF Valves (Ball & Gate Valves) Maintenance.
❖ * Pressure Relief Valves adjusting.
❖ * Familiar with HART communicator, DRAK, MULTIFUNCTION, and P&ID.
❖ WORK on fire & Gas instruments such as \{ MCP, FHS, CGD, TGD, HGD, LHD, FD, Smoke & Heat Detector\}
Bachelor of Engineering - Computers and systems (May, 2007), Computer and Systems Dept., Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, Egypt. Graduation Grade: Good. Graduation Project: A simulation of Oil Refinery and Navigation Systems Project Grade: Excellent. The project aimed to: 1- Simulate the process of oil refinery by designing a model and implement a suitable control system to operate it. 2- Simulate the ship traffic across bridges and develop solutions to utilize the rivers to activate the trade and decrease the wasted time and money.
