Job description:
1- Stabilizing the patient .
2- History taking and do physical examination to the patient .
3- Requesting lab tests that specialist need to diagnose the case.
4-Filling the long stay sheet by history, and physical examination, monitoring, vital signs, lab test results, new complains, and daily progression of the patient condition, follow up, and management .
6- Inform the specialist by any new updates in the cases.
7-Make sure that the child take the doses regularly by the nurses .
8- Supervision of children on ventilators.
9-Write the discharge card after the patient discharged by the specialist.
10-Attending the post duty round with Specialist to check the status of the patient and to discuss their conditions .
