Duties:-
Preparing and monitoring the weighted average cost capital (WACC) for the activities.
Review and monitoring the operational expenditure (Opex) budgets for the activities.
Review and monitoring the capital expenditure (Capex) budgets for the generation, transmission and distribution activities.
Review the plans regarding restructuring of the Economical electricity market to reach to the competitive situation.
Follow up the regulatory requirements regarding the Economical tariff and the accounting policies.
Head of the authorized team to follow up contracting procedures.
Monitoring the performance indicators .
Preparing some studies relating to the conservation of the environment and the impact of industry.
Preparing studies regarding the load factor and maximum demand.
Heading several work teams to follow up some financial, commercial and technical studies .
Preparing studies regarding the Demand Side Management.
Heading several teams to follow up some mission such as (Review procedures to ensure that the company manages economic resources efficiently) .
Cost accounting and management reporting
Coordinating the committees with the required revenue with teem and consultant until the issuance of sales invoices and record revenue in the (Financial Statements) of generation, transmission and distribution.
Issuing the General Budgets and analyzing the cost.
Review analyzing sales reports .
Follow up issuing the (L.C) and (P.O) contracts cost .
Coordinating other several committees.
