Scope of work
Overseeing the overall technical support and technical compliance of the projects from its start to handing over. Efficient control on the project related documentations especially on the UAE Governments major Infrastructure, building and Civil Projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Liasioning with Government Clients with respect to strict compliance and assurances for smooth execution and handing over of the projects.
Specialized areas of experience (Post Contracts award from demarcation to final handover including Defect period of the Projects) 1. Follow up for getting the completely signed and stamped Project award and related support documents viz, approved and stamped drawings, Building Permits, Labour Dept. approvals, site plans, plan changes and approvals and as-built drawings on completion. 2. Ensure the full support for compliance of Clients, Project Consultants documentations, especially Municipality, MPW, CMW, Ministry of Interior, Civil Defence, FEWA, ADWEA, DOT, Environment Dept., Civil Aviation Dept. etc, initial and final approvals, NOCs, Certification for commencement of work, getting approvals from Clients and consultants for changes in work scope, Periodical NOCs and spot approvals, Gate Passes and Civil Defence and Environment approvals, and all related MEP approvals viz low current, HVAC, fire Alarm, fire protection, FM200 etc.
3. Ensure to comply with submission of Project Performance, advance payment, retention bank guarantees all as per Contract work order, and ensure the return and cancellation of these bank guarantees after the project completion and defects period. 4. Assure for keeping the project / contract files management lively and intact with proper references.
5. Regular coordination with Project Managers, Contracts Manager, Project Consultant, Site Management and Clients and user departments like Municipality, MOI, Environment from time to time to ensure the correct .
6. Strict follow up for stamping and approvals for changes in work scope, drawings, variations, etc
7. Ensure to fully support the partial and full handing over of the projects by strictly obeying the contract and local compliance guidelines till the defects liability period and further Maintenance Works if any. 8. An overall support to the Projects successful handover to the clients

Full accountability in evolving security standing orders and emergency plans to handle unforeseen contingencies and implementing stringent security measures for the safety of high value assets.
