Develop processes, tools and guidelines to ensure smooth project activities implementation

I used to give health education session about First aid, and how to act appropriately in emergency sittings.

Conduct risk assessment for clients accessing counselling service and ensure appropriate follow-up mechanisms.
Provide individual counselling sessions to children, youth, and families/caregivers, as well as provide guidance and strategies to reduce risk and promote wellbeing
Following up with all released Juveniles referred by the UNHCR
Provide counselling with the aim to improve the social and emotional functioning of children and their families, maximizing overall community well-being
Develop Psychological therapeutic plans and support clients to define goals and develop a clear and realistic action plan
Conduct caregiver/parenting skills training, and Enhance referral system between IMC and other INGOs
Conduct awareness activities and engage with the wider community on promoting emotional wellbeing and positive mental health.

 Manage the project plans including Project plans, timeline, Project framework and track the project in daily basis.
 Monitoring all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output.
 Assist the project team in strengthening the accountability mechanisms at project level, including setting up and managing complaint and feedback mechanisms for projects Implementation of monitoring the quality of activities and organizing meetings with the project stakeholders.
 Maintain a comprehensive and an updated database for Cash activities and the project.
 Coordinate with the case managers in Mafraq and Irbid on the data collection outcome of refugees without or with limited documentation and the impact on their access to services.
 Working to analyze successes and challenges of project, collecting stories using qualitative and quantitative tools (surveys, interviews)
 Coordinate with consortium partners in order to avoid duplication, and represent the organization externally.
 Assist in organizing and maintaining filing for the project in accordance with Mercy Corps Program Management Minimum Standards.
 Facilitate internal and external sharing of documentation, project data, lessons learnt and best practices.

• Provide monitoring of cash distribution for vulnerable households during the winter season.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts including monitoring, data collection, analysis, report writing.

• Attend MC ECHO team weekly meetings in Mafraq and Irbid. Also, to work with the coordinator and case managers to ensure better quality for the outreach data.

• carried out the beneficiaries’ identification activity by targeting those who have lack of documentation in Mafraq and Irbid through phone calls and field outreach
• Monitor the daily outreach activities and track it.

• We use to do house-hold visit for Syrian refugee and vulnerable Jordanian. In order to increase their awareness regarding different health topic, such as; Breast-feeding, Iron rich food, Anti-natal care, Post-natal care, Danger signs during pregnancy, personal Hygiene and Gender based violence (GBV).
• Find a specific age group children and to enroll them to our indirect school education.
• In addition to collaborate with local CBOs to give sessions and trainings regarding health topics and GBV.

During this period we were with a group of Psychology department doctor’s and colleagues conducting session among the University students to increase their awareness regarding Psychological disorders and how to diagnose and how to deal with them, also I was organizing such awareness-raising session with the local CBOs, in order to reach the community effectively and to correct the misconception, along with different events across the University.

I used to work on cash for health project, first of all we use to conduct house hold visit to pregnant, lactating women, and those who have children under 5 years of age. We were checking their vulnerability according to our criteria, we cross check with other NGOs to prevent service duplication, and then we conduct a cash distribution in bank. As the second part of the project I also was involved in Post Distribution Monitoring PDM to double check beneficiary’s satisfaction, and to be sure that our project is running smoothly and correctly.
