•Responsible for Etisalat maintenance Minya office .managing team of 10 technicians and 4 FM engineers.Handlingalloperation, maintenanceissuesforinElMinyaGov..Reportingallpendingcasesto Etisalat customer (healthy and safety, civil, power, access, coverage complaints, technicalissues).
•Handling Generator problems (CM, PM, Overhauling)
•Spare parts WHcontrolling.
•PM team managing and guarantee our sites quality keptwell.
Reporting all pending cases to customer (healthy and safety, civil, power, access, coverage
complaints, technical issues)

• Joining projects and attending regular meetings to discuss the best way to move projects forward;

responsible for Installation, Commissioning and acceptance for MSAN, MW links, Expansions and new sites, Tracking Design, DO, Installation procedure, Sub contractor audit and acceptance to customer
Responsible for handling trouble tickets and proceed in corrective maintenance forover200sites-Etisalat network in Minya Gov. dealing with power, TX, BTS and BSCproblems.
