• Preparing daily reports.
• Monitor any change in the facility so as not to be influential on the health and safety inside and outside the facility.
• Safety Sr. coordinator in all government hospitals for the region of Tabuk and Al-Ahsa.
• Follow-up maintenance procedure and conducting routine inspection of premises and equipment as a client.
• Checking for any new directorate and work for Scope of work & BOQ.
• Follow-up and cover the fire extinguishing systems, sprinklers, Fire zoning & how effective they are in hospitals.
• Preparing a guideline, projects specification & Inspection of initial, final hand over as a member of Safety department.
• Assist in the preparation and improvement of all Safety documents in order to comply with safety department documentation requirements
• Responsible for day to day work, plan the activities in order to efficiently use resources to meet the construction program & Daily reporting to the management Department.
• Coordinate with the sub- contractor’s on site in order to ensure that the sub- contractor’s activities are completed on time and accordance with design drawing, specification and project requirements.
• Implement the quality system and perform regular site visits in order to ensure that activities meet the project quality requirement.
• Maintain registers of all materials deliveries, list of equipment’s and manpower allocation on site.
• Implement project safety plan and coordinate with safety department to ensure the safety measure are taken into consideration throughout the production cycle.
• Contacting with Quality Control QA/QC Department for any Inspection on site. Preparing Field Inspection Request (FIR).
Supervision for the site. Including: (Main building, Parking Area, Prison Rooms)
Responsibilities:
* Checking plans, drawings and quantities
* Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
* By day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and force.
* Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
* Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general
workforce involved in the project.

Summer 2012 training in Azmeel Company at Students Dammam University housing project
