Responsibilities:
Completely manages and supervises the overall work of the projects.
Studying all contract documentation “contract, drawings, specifications”.
Preparing work planning and time schedule for the project.
Monitoring and controlling the work to ensuring that the scope is progressively elaborated as per budget and time, quality standard and cost within the contractual requirements.
Optimizing the allocated manpower, material and equipment for the projects.
Maintaining strong relationship with client and consultant.
Following up to preparation and getting the approval for all material submittals, shop drawings and subcontracts required for the project.
Following up to getting the different requirement permissions from municipality and all other governmental authorities.
Request all requirement materials as per require quantity and time schedule.
Studying all the permit and condition for the subcontractor contracts.
Studying and analyze of contractor claims “money and time”.
Coordinate with cost control and planning on all variations orders.
Overlooking of training and development of the project staffers.
Pre-cast Factory Manager
Working as a general manager for Abu Dhabi Pre-cast Factory for (ASCORP).
Responsibilities:
Planning and development a marketing strategies for the factory.
Preparing work planning and time schedule for production and follow up the achievements.
Studying and request all requirement material for factory.
Following up and solving any problem in production lines.
Following up the construction activities of the factory.
Co-ordinate between the different sections of factory.
Projects Manager
Working as projects manager for Al Sarh contracting company. Building (G +M +4 Typical Floor +Roof).
