I am responsible for managing and executing a portfolio of projects containing over 2, 000 units with a budget of over 2 billion SAR annually. Additionally, I am responsible for enhancing collaboration and cohesion among various departments and supporting the organization's governance efforts. To ensure that these projects are in line with the company's strategic objectives and achieve their intended outcomes, I perform four crucial functions:
1) Portfolio Management Services,
2) Delivery (projects & programs) Management Services,
3) CoE (Centre of Excellence) Services,
4) Governance Support Services.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of luxury residential projects for our firm's clients, from the initial pre-design phase through the design and tendering stages, followed by construction management and supervision until successful project completion.
I have experience working in a centralized department dedicated to planning business projects. My area of expertise lies in strategy and administration, which I have successfully applied within Pinnacle Misr group. Furthermore, we offer these services as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to various real estate developers.
Program: Developmental Housing Program- Wave 3 | company scope entailed 8 Housing Projects. Budget: 584 million SAR

Projects: 500 MW PV plant project (Benban Solar energy program) + many small to medium renewable energy projects
Program: Sewage and Drinking Water supply program in Riyadh city

Project: he pipeline of re-use treated sewage water from Riyadh to Ayaina project. Budget: 725 million SAR

Managed a project team consisting of more than 120 project team members
Accomplishments:
Implemented double pipeline 1200 mm FCCP of re-use of treated sewage water with a length of 56 km.
Project: Implemented a group of infrastructure projects for my firm in Fayoum Governorate (drink water pipelines - piles - draining system - steel structure - Roads) ( Total budget: 364 million EGP )
Client: Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities - Egypt
Accomplishments:
Implemented 3 drinking water pipelines (GRP-Steel-FCCP) with a total length of 74 Km.
Implemented 249 steel aqueducts with steel bridges for carrying it.
Implemented Ibshway - Fayoum road with length 18.5 Km.
