•Participate in making the annual operational plan and the goals to be achieved.
• Develop all operational, management, and human staff aspects, working with the relevant departments in this regard, and submitting observations and recommendations.
• Apply quality requirements and follow up in all operational and management aspects, human staff, buildings and facilities.
• Review and develop approved tasks, policies, procedures and forms.
• Review and develop procedures and policies for preserving assets and property.
• Establish and monitor operational performance indicators and work with other departments of the company to improve them.
• Raising the level of performance, searching for the reasons for its decline, and seeking to address it.
• Follow up on weekly and monthly reports and ensure that employees and workers follow mechanisms, policies and circulars.
