Job Description:
• Responsible over the customer services teams.
• Reconciliation with insurance companies related to accounts.
• Monitor the preparation of quotation request for the clients to the insurance companies and ensure receipt as per Turnaround times.
• Prepare a proper comparison sheet (rates, benefits & providers network)
• Prepare monthly renewal list and contacting insurance companies to receive renewal quotation.
• Prepare monthly report of all new and renewed policies for the manager.
• Communicate in a professional manner with insurance companies, Sales personal and clients.
• Following up with the sales personal on quotations submitted to clients.
• Ensure that all terms and conditions mentioned in the quotation are mirrored in the policy issued (i.e. premium calculation, mode of payments, premium due date).
• Maintain a proper filing in accordance with SAMA regulations.
