Responding to the customer’s request and problems regarding to Leased Line Connectivity, DSL, VPN or email hosting “ by attending calls, receiving mails or faxes, doing the needful troubleshoot, verifying the issue, solving it or assigned it to the concerned department if needed .
Attending the customers call, responding to their request whether it is a reservation, cancellation or modification request to their booking.
Updating the STC user’s info, registering new SIMs for new clients.
Involved in buying and purchasing process, interacting with the customer and promoting the products
