● Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive commercial and project management strategies for SBG's
construction portfolio, aligning project objectives with financial requirements.
● Support the complicated claims management protocol, maximizing project returns and mitigating potential financial risks.

-Design and layout of Al Tazaj Restaurants, More than +30 branches. Using Programs such as AutoCAD, Rivet, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Calculate Quantities and Cost Estimations.
- Check technical details and drawing to ensure correct implementation in the field.
- Developing and implementing quality standards.
- Inspecting and testing materials, and equipment processes to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvement.
- Contact and follow up with the franchise and contractor from the start to the end of the project.
- Frequent traveling to follow and ensure work is done within the standard.
- Entering customer's data in excel sheet using Tables, Charts, Shortcuts and Formulas.
- Test drive representative.
- Demonstrate the features and classes of the cars during the test drive.
- Maintain customer information on our database for communication services.
