Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying business problems, providing recommendations to the upper management for addressing probable shortcomings and ensuring all activities are in sync with current and future business plan.

• Keeping abreast of latest technological advancements to respond to the distinctive and special needs of the organization.

• Assisted in creating/ maintaining operational procedures and network documentation, to accomplish greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
• Monitored and effectively handled communication center, tower activities along with managing bank machines in adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Tested and evaluated network systems to eliminate problems, made improvements, escalated unresolved issues to Senior Network Engineers for timely solutions.
• Analyzed critical business issues and developed immediate/long term solutions, encompassing enhancements to existing core applications and new software packages.
• Recommended upgrades, patches and new applications/ equipment, troubleshot network performance issues and created/ maintained a disaster recovery plan.
• Stayed attuned of existing and emerging core network technologies to support next generation wireless network solutions of the company.
