The company provides revenue assurance and ERP software services, as well as custom program development, to clients in both the private and public sectors. Responsibilities:
• Providing revenue assurance systems services for telecommunications companies such as STC, Zain, and Mobily.
• General supervision of financial management, government relations management, and customer relations.
• Monitoring the companys financial position and ensuring that work progresses according to the work plans.
• Discuss plans and follow up on the progress of work with department managers and project managers.
• The Company has a total of 34 employees, with 27 working as computer engineers.
As a part of my job, I am responsible for evaluating employee performance and submitting reports to the company management. I also provide training and support to employees to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, I monitor compliance with laws and regulations in all company departments to ensure that we operate ethically and responsibly.
Responsibilities:
• Team Leader
• Analyze the investment performance of portfolios and investment funds with a total volume of more than thirty-two billion Riyals.
• Optimize the portfolio management functions by implementing efficient investment performance measures in preparation for performance reviews and reporting, as well as client presentations.
• Prepare presentations on the Saudi Stock Market Outlook and Economic Outlook.
• Manage the money market of private investment portfolios, and deposit rollover in both Shariah and conventional ways.
• Check and review the financial statements and customize the daily performance report, portfolio holding list report, and other related reports of mutual funds and portfolios.
• Act as a representative of the Asset Management Department and responsible for communication with the Capital Market Authority, SAMA, Investment Operations, Legal Department, and Credit Department.
• Represent Riyad Capital and Riyad Bank in the general assemblies of the companies listed in Tadawul.
Performance Evaluation:
• Job evaluation in 2011 was above expectations.
