Follow up the upgrading of the production machines.
Ensure that the maintenance plan and machine upgrading plan is implemented within the approved budget.
Preparation of the operation budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
Contribute to annual preparation of the CAPEX and production budgets to enable expenditure and cost control.
Controlling the cost of the consumables to be as per the production policy.
Make sure that production resources ( labour, material and equipment) are planned, employed and controlled efficiently to minimize overall manufacturing costs.
Preparing in conjunction with TCC / CCC Corporate Offices Quality Managers and senior managements the quality policy and objectives, Project Quality Assurance Plan, QMP’s and any other procedure / document necessary for the successful implementation of the Project Quality requirements.
Ensuring that the activities required for the effective operation of the Quality Management System are planned, implemented and controlled and their progress monitored.
Reviewing the results of audits conducted.
Communicating requirements to all affected departments and functions, subcontractors and customers and resolving problems that arise at the interfaces between such groups.
Controlling corrective and preventive actions.
Participating in Project Management meetings on issues related to the Project Quality System.
Development of quality inspection & test plans for Civil, Arch and MEP Disciplines.

1.Quality Assurance
Responsible for all Quality Assurance related activities.

4. Handling all the customer complaints, claims and monitoring customer perception.

Be sure that all NDE is done and accepted and if there are any repairs have to be done according to the repair procedure.
