Managed the Technical Support team, consisting of all disciplines, The Project consists of more than 22 branches spread over all the kingdom areas, we supervised all project work, reviewed all the materials and drawings submittals, checked and revised the contractors payments, studied and prepared contracts with all various attachments needed, revised the designs, inquiries response, site visits, reports preparation, records archives, RFP preparing, participate with Evaluation committees, Compare sellers proposals, Substantial completion, PMO supporting in Formal acceptance, and projects handing over.

Region sca ered on many places ( Al Dammam, AL Khobar, Sihat, Al Qateef, AlGobail, Al Zahran, … ) in addi on to
the inventory review work and the contractors monthly bills.
