Prepare the financial statements and the disclosure.
* Preparing Analytical reports at the end of each month, including the income statement and reports of cost
as well as the quarterly reports, including profit distribution statistically for each quarter.
* Periodic reports that illustrate the cost and profitability data for different items with different formulations.
* Preparing a general system for factory costs, and manufacturing costs, ending with the cost of each unit As
well as the daily follow-up of the cost of the product and the profitability ratio for each combination and
the change in the prices of raw materials and the management reporting.
* Make periodic comparisons between the different formulations of each type to reach the best
combinations and recommend specialists to implementation with these formulations and inform the
administration about this periodically.
* Pricing the items to determine the selling price for them up-to-date, and compare it to the actual cost at
the end of each month, and to determine the total cost of manufacturing.
* Preparing Monthly reports, with detailed analysis and comparisons, justification analysis for the variances
between the current year versus previous year on a monthly basis.
* Other administrative reports related to financial and accounting work, comparisons and analyzes of cost
elements.
* Review all the daily accounts recorded on the system as well as the documents to ensure their correctness
and reliability.
* Integration and internal coordination of the financial department to ensure the facilitation of internal work
and the recording of accounts, as well as coordination and communication with other departments within
the factory in order to achieve the financial and accounting system.
* Organizing periodic and continuous inventories of stores.
* Monitoring factory fixed assets, their maintenance and depreciations, as well as selling scrap and
consumables

* Final accounts, financial statements and reports with the notes supplementing them, along with a statement
of dividends.
* Reports and financial statements at the end of each month.
* Integration, coordination and follow-up of the accounts and warehouse departments within the company.
Prepare the daily operations: process all entries, including journal vouchers, payment vouchers, receipt
vouchers, credit and debit notes, travel expenses.
* Generate the end of month closing: commissions, prepaid accounts, aging reports, reconciliations.
* Providing support and assistance to the Accounting manager in preparing monthly, quarterly & yearly financial
reports.
* Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
* Analyze business operations, costs, revenues, financial commitments.
* Review the credit limits for the customers.
* Review the Branches accounts: Sales revenue, Sales Expenses & commissions.
Continuously check purchasing prices, determine the effect of price fluctuation on product cost, Stock Count.
* Analyze cost, profitability for selling branches.
* Participate in the annual budget building process.
