Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA), Al-Bujari Car parking Project - Saudi Arabia - Site Supervision Consultant:
One of the first areas to benefit from the transformation of Diriyah is the existing Bujairi district and some of the projects currently under construction in Bujairi District like Bujairi carpark, Samhan Heritage Hotel, Diriyah Art Oasis, and Diriyah Gate Experience Centre, which will showcase upcoming residential, office, and retail spaces. Diriyah Gate will be the Middle East’s most walkable urban environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1-Managed the mechanical engineering department with technical oversight and management responsibly to review and comment on contractor's construction drawings and documents, material submissions and applications to statutory authorities.
2-Responsible for ensuring the installation standards quality benchmarks agreed with the client and contractor in conjunction with their sub-contractors within the scope of their proposal and provide written and verbal technical recommendations.
3-Interviewed clients to gather design information, translating technical data into actionable metrics for engineering projects
4-Responsible for ensuring the quality of the engineering services installation against the requirements of the contractor's proposals, in terms of materials, quality and workmanship. Using coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.
5-Conducted project site visits to meet with construction staff, evaluate progress and discuss operational issues. Evaluated the effects of changes and communicated the changes and schedule impact to management and coordinators at other sites to ensure project objectives were met.
6-Continuously supported and advised team on technical design processes and proper application of core engineering principles and standards. Identify and resolve technical issues and design conflicts to minimize project delays and maintain tight schedules.
7-Provided technical support and guidance to a newly formed inexperienced Engineering and Design Group. Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for the team.
8- Developed streamlined Engineering reporting processes for internal and external publication and initiated a stringent document workflow procedure to facilitate smooth information transfer and ensure the high quality of all Engineering documentation. 9-Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
10-Recommended organization process improvements to grow throughput figures and reduce unnecessary waste.

The project consists of residential and commercial 59 towers, Metro station, Conference center, Grand mosque, landscaped public open spaces all serviced by an ultra-modern light rail link in an area of 1.6 million square meters. It will provide more than 3 million square meters of space for various uses, 62, 000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12, 000 residents.

2-Al-Dara Hospital & Medical center Project - Saudi Arabia - Site Supervision Consultant:
Al-Dara Hospital and Medical Center State-of-the-art facilities include up to 250 licensed hospital beds, 188 examination rooms, 68 clinics, 18 outpatient procedure rooms, 10 operating theaters and eight procedure rooms, all housed in an optimized environment designed to maximize the body and mind’s ability to heal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1-Managed the mechanical engineering department with technical oversight and management responsibly to review and comment on contractor's construction drawings and documents, material submissions and applications to statutory authorities.
2-Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts and coordinate delivery timelines, and work with project management to develop an overall schedule and manage time and tasks within schedule.
3-Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and working drawings, and develops details and edits specifications, and identify deficiencies in mechanical processes to develop improvements.
4-Work with internal departments and external vendors to obtain prototype parts and to understand their capabilities and limitations. Suggested cost-saving proposals on make- versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing.
