Tasks: supervises retail sales staff within the company by
coordinating the preparation of goods, shipping goods, helping
customers maximize staff during working hours, managing
retail staff, meeting financial goals, formulating pricing
policies, setting daily coupons, ensuring correct prices,
supervising the display of goods, attending trade shows,
training and advising employees, approving contracts,
maintaining inventory, keeping abreast of fluctuations and
assisting sales staff in achieving the goal.
o Analyze sales data and statistics to determine the most effective
sales strategies
o Project sales and assessment of potential sales and overall profitability
of the company's products and services
o Coordinate training for the sales team
o Advising the sales team on ways to improve sales performance
o Planning and implementation of visits / events / exhibitions
o Development of exhibition contents and messages
