Job Title: Insurance Supervisor Work Areas/Duties: Addition and Deletion from /to the insurance policies Following up all the claims and settlement of them after close the invoices that related to it Review and duplicate account statements for the paid amounts from insurance that related for claims and the paid amounts by NADEC for insurance premiums Send declarations of the shipments which imported throw sea / air ports to the insurance company Receive all quotations of the insurance policies and negotiate with insurance companies before step of the renewal
Job Title: Customer Service Officer Work Areas/Duties: answering about customers inquiries doing some tasks like bank statements print and issuing ATM cards send the disclaimer requests and print it to the customers
