•Joined with implementation and planning teams to successfully deliver newest Al- Habib Medical Group projects, including the Sahafa Hospital, the largest group project and one of the largest hospitals in the Middle East region, as well as
Alnarjis and AlGhadeer Medical Centers, by managing the construction and commissioning of new medical facilities

• Learned about the roles of biomedical engineers in project management and planning. This included gaining knowledge of the different phases of a project, the importance of communication and collaboration, and the use of project management software.
• Monitored the installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. This involved inspecting work in progress, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and documenting findings.
• Determined and scheduled priorities for engineering work to ensure that projects were completed on time and within budget and meeting the healthcare regulations. This required careful analysis of the project scope, Allocate Project resource availability, and potential risks, Schedule Project tasks.
• Provided lists of medical equipment’s to be installed or replaced. This involved gathering information on the equipment's specifications, cost, applications and availability.
• Integrated use of software’s like AutoCAD and Revit to create and visualize designs, track progress. This demonstrated the ability to learn new software and apply it to real-world projects.
