Handling the process of hiring the new joiners in sap system.
- Checking all employees' vacation -vacation balance - absences-deduction "in SAP system
- Handling the monthly attendance reports
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including
screening, calls assessments, and in-person interviews,
and send the job offers.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues
in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and
updated with new hire information or changes in
employment status.
- Preparing the resignation documents
- Check the shift time monthly.

Follow up with the accepted candidates.

Conduct interviews with candidates for vacant positions.

Attract talent from inside and outside the Kingdom.

Dealing with foreign recruitment offices to attract talent.
