- PM, CM, and EM.
- Prepare Builder's work of Mechanical Drawings according to the
IFC.
- Oversee and guide foremen, labors, and sub-contracors to ensure
tasks meet standards and consultant requirements.
- Review shop drawings with the technical manager for
submission.
- Attending the inspections (IR) on-site with the consultant, and
QC to make sure to clear all the comments from all parties to get
approval directly.
- Oversee the supply and drainage of water lines on-site.
Coordinate with the surveyor to verify coordinate points for
sleeves and openings per builder's work drawings.
- Prepare and submit material submittals and sample approvals to
the consultant.
- Issue MR, follow up with the procurement department until
issuing purchase orders, then liaise with suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to the site and organize
proper storage.
