I interned in Gypsemna Company LLC, I worked at maintenance department of the gypsum plasterboard plant in Abu Dhabi. The plant is the largest Gypsum Plasterboard manufacturing plant in the Region, with an annual production capacity of 50 million m2. The experienced I gained from working in the plant was tremendous and it covered multiple aspects of the discipline of a mechanical engineer. Some of those aspects were avoiding mechanical failures by detecting any irregularities and addressing them on the maintenance day. Managing the inventory of spare parts by either ordering the necessary parts or manufacturing them in the workshop. I also learned how to apply and follow safety procedures and many more.
