period and upon each supplier then recorded as item receipt /(bills) in our QB system.
- Compared invoices with our master sheets and packing slips / bills of lading papers to
matching the quantities and Weights by using ( FedEx -UPS - DHL websites ).
- Adjusting monthly statements to our payments department.
- Other HR Tasks like: Office management - Arrange interviews - prepare Attendance
records - making letters and certificates for our employees and external parties,

- Issuing periodic reports for the owners that talked about size of business and costs.
