Responsibilities:
• modifying old designs
• creating new designs
• creating bill of material (BOM), weldment cutlist and purchased components list for designs
• making manufacturing drawing like (DXF files for laser, bending, Turing, rolling, weldment and assembly drawings)
Identifying areas for improvement .
Recommending needed changes to the system to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and product quality.
Working within project time plan using notion software
Managing implementation of engineering changes on the production line.
Responsible for making Firefighting plan, firefighting system inspection, safety precautions and training soldiers about
Firefighting
Managing operations of (shorebox) schneider current station which provides electricity to ships in the port at HV and different
frequencies
Responsible for Managing operations of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) of military ships (destroyers)
Ensuring Safety on all processes and procedures
