Coordinates transportation movement between airports, Freeport and Hotels .
Management of the movement of vehicles according to the daily work schedule and the
implementation of urgent requests.
Receive and coordinate the transfer requests via e-mail, fax and phone.
Prepare monthly reports on the cars, the drivers, the pros and cons.
Follow-up maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles and write monthly reports.
Attention to security and safety standards to provide a safe means of transport.
The ability to follow a large fleet of car and drivers.
Follow up vehicle maintenance with maintenance centers and agencies.
Implement the required procedures to save on mileage and fuel consumption.
Coordination with company departments to provide the necessary support to operational process.
Receives request for VIP transportation and coordinates with to provide special service.
