Working in IST-industries as senior Design engineer in project design and implementation of 100 KW gas turbine.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible of design and test combustion chamber.
• Analysis and simulate the combustion process using CFD.
• Participate in gear boxes design and tests.
• Designed and manufactured a mechanical centrifugal clutch between gear box and compressor.
• Designed a and manufactured a diesel tank, pressurized diesel piping and control, lubrication system and oil tank.
• Participate in write control algorithms.
• Performing the action plans of maintenance (preventive and corrective maintenance).
• Working in maintaining many kinds of utility equipment like boiler, compressors, pumps, HVACs and chillers.
• Maintaining and overhauling the pneumatic and air compressed systems in the process.
• Maintaining hydraulic systems and hydraulic pumps.
• Responsible for the procurement orders and the follow up of spare parts.
• Responsible for production line developments, projects and commissioning new equipment.
• Responsible for planning the scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
• Training crew members to develop their skills.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical faults.
• Reassemble the heavy duty hydraulic equipment such bulldozer, etc.
• Maintain hydraulic system parts such gear pumps, reciprocating pumps, hydraulic cylinders
• Maintenance of diesel engines
