Review and monitor material specifications and quality standards, workflow, processes and recommend adjustments if needed in order to comply with the company policies, client and statutory requirements .
Conduct and coordinate regular factory inspections, making sure also that work, products and documentations are prepared prior .
Address quality issues on an immediate basis and coordinate with concerned personnel and discuss the measures to be taken to minimize quality risk .
Prepare and review all inspection reports for compliance .
Prepare and / or issue nonconformance reports .
Regular test of products to verify the functionality and quality .
Receive returned goods, review, report the reasons for the return, identify the corrective measures, if any and maintain complete records.

Field monitoring and verification visits conducted to ensure that all activities are implemented according to the project implementation plans.
Ensure that all commodities transported to health facilities and other field distribution points are properly accounted .
Scrutinize the GIOs, waybills and donation letters for commodities ensuring that the commodities are of correct quantities and quality as stated on the GIOs,
Play active role in monitoring the beneficiary selection and registration activities, ensuring that the approved beneficiary selection criteria are properly followed.
Report any inconsistencies and unfairness in the process of distribution of food, ensuring that beneficiaries receive their approved ration sizes.
Actively monitor the water trucking to water points in both health facilities and at community level, ensuring that the contractual amounts are delivered.
Conduct periodic check on the registration books and cross check with the monthly reports, follow up cards and other relevant documents.
Strong knowledge for project's activities of FSL, WASH, Health and Nutrition.
Interview with beneficiaries to receive feedback on the quality of service documents
Submit daily and weekly reports on visit findings and gaps.
Conduct Focus Groups Discussion with beneficiaries for information sharing about the project activities, targeting criteria, and the Complaints and Feedback Mechanism, as well as to obtain lessons learned
