• Conduct interviews, search for candidates and freelancers for new projects.
• Responsible for communicating with clients, and team members, managing project timelines.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project/Tenders proposals through Etimad platform.
• Following up on project implementation procedures and documenting achievements as planned.
• Search different sources such as news websites and social media platforms.
• Publishing and scheduling publications on websites & translating news and reports in various fields.
• Preparing daily and monthly reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager/supervisor.
• Review resumes, research and identify candidates, arrange, and conduct interviews.
• Craft job descriptions and post job ads on various channels.
• Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation.
• Making contracts and job offers.
• Prepare the cost center of each department, and monthly manpower reports via dashboards.
• Prepare payroll preparation, final settlements.
• Managing staff training and development.
• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Working with (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Ministry of Human Resources, Muqeem, )
