I worked in sales, an experience from which I learned a lot. I have become a more fluent speaker. And long-mindedness, and patience. I also solve customer problems and reach fair solutions that satisfy both parties. Another good thing I learned is how to deal with angry customers and take control of difficult situations. Then I moved to another job as a medical approvals coordinator.
