• Review project goals and objectives with the project manager and design team.
• Review project schedule and coordinate with team members.
• Contribute design ideas to firm and participate in collaborations with designers.
• Providing concepts and architecture drawings for In-House design projects.
• Consider Safety standards and specifications in the design.
• Share any concerns regarding potential issues with the design.
• Attend all team meetings to resolve technical and project issues.
• Manage A/E’S Consultant's performance in terms of project design guidelines & schedule, application of local and international building codes.
• Design coordination with all Engineering Disciplines.
• Directly responsible to supervise & expedite issuance of design drawings through all phases (Schematic, Design Development and IFC).
• Review Architecture and coordination design drawings, highlight issues and conflicts.
• Review and responses of RFI and technical submittals.
• Supervise finishing work execution by periodically site visits.
• Highlight problems and participate in the solution.
• Responsible for finishing reports (Daily, weekly & monthly).
• Attend all technical meetings & any other meetings as required.
• Deals with the urgent problems during implementation.
• Assists in the supervision of construction work.
Participates in the design, modification and development of architectural designs
