Responsible for the hiring in western region of Saudi Arabia, including the full recruitment cycle. Analyze recruitment performance such as cost per hire and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements as needed. Develop recruitment dashboards to evaluate the recruitment process performance. Prepare statistical reports on labor turnover and employment numbers by department. Manage PO purchase orders for the Talent Acquisition department.
Full recruitment cycle, including providing training courses to junior recruiters on recruitment, planning. managing more than 10 vacancies per month. Organizing and attending career fairs to attract potential candidates. Following up on government support programs for recruitment and participating in overseas recruitment. Decreasing turnover by conducting exit interviews. Ensuring accurate data entry of new employee information into HRIS. Leading various HR projects, including manpower planning, job description, HRDF initiatives, and implementation of Oracle and SAP systems.
