• Managing account receivables to ensure alignment of account records with bank records. • Supervising the process flow of all cash received
into the system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of
Internal Audit systems, processes and practices. Managing petty cash and main cashier through
releasing expenses & payable vouchers.
⚫ Amending and aligning monthly payroll (loans, government fees, security deposits, salesman imprest, cash salaries, indemnities & leave pays).
• Preparing and recording of the cash receipt vouchers (CRV).
Analysing and General Ledger & Bank
Reconciliation to identify outstanding amounts
from Lays & Pepsi accounts. • Revising and verifying monthly stocks and reconciliation to match Inventory General Ledger. •Preparing month-end Journal Vouchers (prepaid,
accrued and other relevant JVs). • Monitoring & revising collection temporary
receipts from collection/receivable executives.
• Managing and controlling (LAYS/PEPSI)
inventory.
• Checking and Posting AP documents and the monthly cycle conut
transactions.
• Preparing daily collections report.
Achievements:
• Increased efficiency for PCPV (Petty Cash Payment Vouchers) by creating a filing system, which minimised errors in recordings and loss of
documentation.
•Revised past fiscal years and recovered approx.
• Conducted Gap Analysis and Resolved Bank Reconciliation - improving creation of bank.
