My main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Working on ARP accountant system.
• Responsible for the daily inventory of all the distributors which estimated of 50 distributors on daily basis.
• Responsible of the periodic inventory of all the distributors invoices on weekly basis.
• Determine and identify the destruction of the expired goods.
• Coordinate, monitor and follow up with the distributors on their invoices.
• Process the invoices on the ARP system on a daily basis.
• Daily and weekly reporting to the line manager of the total distributed quantities.
Coordinate with the procurement department on• their upcoming payments and contracts
• Register and transfer entries of the cooperative businesses.
• Updating the balance sheet.
• Audit all the expenses and income/revenue based on the accounting standards.
• Prepare the financial statements for the cooperative businesses.)
