Project Manager for the company projects (Al Kharj - KSA)
Administration building on 30, 000 square meters, total Contract Value (46 million Saudi riyals).
Administration building on 25, 000 square meters, total Contract Value (57 million Saudi riyals).
Under ground water tank with 12000 Cubic meters capacity, including the External supply network.
Providing effective management support to project teams during project life cycle.
Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored.
Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Coordinating quality activities to meet quality objectives, Managing project risks, issues and change control, communicating the impact to the project.
Site Structure Engineer, in King Abdullah Project security Planning and development Agency (KAP4), to Ministry of Interior, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by 16 billion riyals.
1-Provide support to and coordinate with Project Manager on all structural
issues during the course of projects.
2-Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project.
3-Ensures all works carried comply with the structural drawings, architectural drawings and project specifications as stipulated.
To supervise structural jobs based on shop drawings and specifications.
To provide an input to the Quantity Surveyor for payments .
To coordinate among the Architecture, Electrical and mechanical work.
To submit inspection requests for the work completed.
To ensure that work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings.
To reduce the wastage of material and to increase the manpower productivity.
To interact with client and consultant regarding the status of work.
To complete the necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control.
To update drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.
To check all installations in preliminary stage.
