Receiving the Daily sales and processing the sales report to be presented to the
Management, checking And Accounting all the payments done to the bank for all the cash
sales. Following credit card sales.
* Prepare reconciliations of Bank statement, Account payable and Account receivable
periodically and report if any discrepancies found.
* Maintaining information of all Accounts Payable and calling for statement of account from
the suppliers to ensure the correctness of the Accounts and reporting of any differences to
the seniors.
* Updating the Assets register and depreciation schedule.
* Ability to handle the entire accounting activities independently up to finalization of accounts
and audit.
* Ability Preparation and presentation of monthly & quarterly financial statements.
* Ability Liaison works with internal and external auditors, banks and regulatory agencies.
* Ensure all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties are made according to
company policies and procedures.
* To handle the entire accounting activities independently up to finalization of accounts and
audit.
* Make sure that all data entries goes to proper and respective ledger account.
* Support accounting staff. When required.
* Ability to review payroll calculations.
* Ability to budget preparation.
* Ability Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other
accounting documents.
