❖ Job Title: Purchasing specialist.
❖ Responsibilities: Executing purchase orders from the local market for food products and providing all the company's needs of purchased products. Review purchase invoices with suppliers. Determining the prices of products and determining the profit margin of the products. Enter all the data and prices for the products on an electronic program ERP "Odoo program "and responsibilities of data entry and coding of the products. ❖ With Implementing of the following:
• Two years of experience in using electronics accounting programs ERP "ODOO Program"
• Implement the process of product traceability with monitoring their quantities, stock movement in the stores and creating a database for the products with the use of barcodes and coding for the products.
• Manage the life cycle of products, managing inventory, maintaining database of products.
• Reviewing purchase orders and supply orders for the required products and specifications with suppliers to implement the hypermarket's needs.
• Periodic evaluation of suppliers' performance to obtain the best purchase prices and highest quality and commitment to executing purchase orders in the shortest possible time in addition to providing the best offers.
• Working to improve and develop performance in negotiations processes with suppliers to obtain the lowest price and highest quality for hypermarkets needs.
• Always evaluate customer satisfaction and verify their needs with products.
