■ Rendered services as a Navy Officer(NCO), Training and Skills supervisor and established the most up-to-date military establishments to maintain national security and stability within the Kingdom by supporting team in both training and operational activities.
■ Managed many facets to the position, oversaw a highly diverse set of responsibilities from the mundane administrative works, training new staff and participation in national security duties.
Key Responsibilities:
■ Assuming the ultimate responsibility for leadership and management of the Navy operations, maintaining a watchful eye over the day-to-day running of personnel affairs.
■ Establishing plans, policies, and procedures necessary to the fulfillment of the navy’s mission, and customizing courses training new staff in military tactics, devices, radios, weapons, etc.
■ Overseeing the day-to-day conduct and training of new cadets and get the next generation of leaders ready to enter the Navy force.
■ Preparing cadets morally, mentally and physically to be professional officers in the naval service as well as introducing specialized courses such as military police courses, etc.
■ Instilling the highest ideals of duty, honor and loyalty in order to graduate leaders who are dedicated to a career of naval service and have potential for future development in mind and character to assume the highest responsibilities of command, citizenship and government.
■ Managing administrative works including management of personnel affairs such as attendance, holidays, rotation system, time, etc.
■ Playing a vital role in supporting the Navy mission, handling several training projects and assignments mandated by the higher headquarters and supporting national security duties.
Key Responsibilities:
■ Provided effective management to encourage cooperation and teamwork, maintained staff morale at a high level with a sense of allegiance to the company in addition to managing staff performance and monitoring changes.
■ Served as administrative liaison, provided administrative support for maintaining records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and end of service.
■ Directed preparation and maintenance of requisite reports- monthly payroll report to carry out the departmental functions efficiently.
■ Led the assessment/ performance management implementation process, developed wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit and safety programs and monitoring contractors’ works (non-Saudis).
■ Took proactive steps to ensure all HR systems, local policies and procedures are updated regularly, followed-up with official government services
