● 1. Oversee the entire production process from planning to execution.
● 2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.
● 3. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
● 4. Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
● 5. Monitor production output and quality to maintain high standards and meet customer requirements.
● 6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
● 7. Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff to ensure they are performing effectively and meeting production goals.
● 8. Identify and troubleshoot issues or bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions.

● 10. Prepare reports on production performance, including efficiency metrics, quality control data, and cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Environmental Standard and Requirements.
o Ensure the availability of plant, materials, equipment and machinery.
o Manage all plant departments production, quality, procurement, warehouse, logistics,
Etc.
o Control the materials within the monthly budget.
o Auditing all branches to comply with food safety requirements.
o Improve, create, test and launch new items along with the operation team.
o Identify, suggest and implement improvements into the operations under continuous
improvement framework.
o Identify development needs and coordinate development plans for the wider plant
teams.
Manage all Production Halls (Injection, Blowing and injection blowing).
▪ Working on all new products (materials, capacities, etc.)
▪ Ensure that all production dept. follow quality specs for each item.
▪ Co-ordinate with quality dept. for any new product procedures until customer
approval.
▪ Control job order material usage to minimize the waste.
▪ Calculate all materials requirements as per BOM for each PO.
▪ Monitor Safety stocks level and re-order point.
▪ Initiate purchasing request for the whole required materials and co-ordinate with
PUR dept. until deliver.
▪ Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
▪ Prepare the production materials usage and tons produced per month for each job
order and calculate the waste for each one.
Manage all Production sections (Peanuts Sorting, Coating, Frying, Seasoning, Packing & packaging).
▪ Prepare the production plan after receiving the sales orders.
▪ Participating with the high management for the new product launching.
Responsible for all production areas operation and maintaining
Maintain the following management elements 5Ms resources .
Responsible for meeting shift production goals.
Ensure products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards and meet cost objectives.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety.
Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
Maintain plant housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
Applied 5s Systems.
Ensure to apply ISO Systems at the organization.
Preparing and implementing preventive maintenance, CIL operations & action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency.
Preparing weekly, monthly information reports for troubleshooting analysis, process maintenance expense, breakdowns time and spare parts, tools, utilities consumption.
Responsible for providing spare parts, tools and equipment for production lines.
Responsible for any modifications, developments on production lines.
Implementation of safety audits, 5’S.
Distribution of work load to technicians in order to achieve daily maintenance target.
Analysis of daily spare parts, materials consumption, machines breakdowns and generation of maintenance report.
Utilization of machinery and manpower accurately.
