Dealing with subcontractors, supervising the executed works, preparing them for the delivery of the consultant, and making technical observations. Communication with consultants and clients for technical approvals. Supervision of implementation work Dealing with engineers and surveyors and providing them with the data required to carry out the work. Receiving / Preparing "Material Submittal" in line with the approved vendor list check with project specs to submit for approval by the project consultant. Preparing all site requests and its attachments. Prepare payment certificate for both subcontractor and the owner.
