Key responsibilities:
• In charge of the Educational Program and Project life cycle (Initiation, planning, execution, operation, and closure) as the learning process is a live project.
• Ability to work using different project management methodologies such as: Waterfall and Agile depending on the nature of the educational process and programs and the expected changes within the project scope.
• Ability to work with, monitor and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Setting and managing strategic planning of the organization.

• Managing continuous improvement of the employees via data-driven improvement frameworks such as DMAIC to identify issues, reduce errors and optimize the processes
• Using KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as a measurable value or metric to measure the achievement of the key objectives.
• Establishing project charter specifying project’s objectives, goals, deliverables, scope, duration, cost, resources, stakeholders, criteria of success, opportunities, recommendations and OPA (Organizational Process Assets) including lesson learned.
• Making sure all project’s milestones are achieved successfully within timeframe and budget.
• Managing stakeholders efficiently.
• Managing all phases of the project from the award until the hand-over to end-user.
• Managing the team of the project.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams (T-shaped professionals).
• Ensuring all project team members are aligned to the required goals and outcomes of the project.
• Monitoring the overall implementation and progress of the project on day-to-day basis.
• Identifying new projects depending on the company’s strategic plans.
• Managing risks and solving problems during the different phases of the projects to implement the project successfully.
• Escalating and following-up the unresolved risks or problems affecting the project’s cost, time and quality with high management and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with stakeholders during the implementation of the project to show progress and highlight any potential risks or problems.
• Having multi-functional project management experience.
• Having deep knowledge of business workflows and operations processes
• Having strong experience in project management and the execution of complex projects
• Having deep experience in aligning the organization goals along with project’s goals under the umbrella of the organization structure.
• Having excellent mentoring and coaching skills, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Following up bids (tenders) since announcement.

• Following up bids (tenders) as a member of the Project Management Committee at AETG.
• Helping in making the decision of participating in the bid or not.
• Analyzing the details of the bid (Introduction, Scope of work, Qualifications, Requirements, Rules and Regulations, Table of Prices and Quantities…etc.) as a step for preparing the Technical and Financial Proposals.
• Preparing all the materials and requirements of the bids.
• Preparing the Technical Proposal to meet the needs of the client and to show the best way for executing the project by our company.
• Preparing the Excel file for the financial proposal including all the elements affecting the pricing process.
• Preparing the Financial Proposal.
• Following up the implementation and execution of the project once our company receives the P.O. or (the Award Letter).
• Figuring out any problem and work on solving it, so the project isn’t affected or interrupted.
• Having the ability to expect future problems to be avoided.
• Making sure the project is executed within the budget.
• Making regular reports for my management and the client upon their request
• Following up the regular procedures connected to the project management such as sending invoices, following up payments, sending reports, checking up materials related to the project…etc.
• Writing final report about the project including recommendations.
• Attending meetings with personnel in charge of other companies (new clients) to present our company and figure out their needs for future projects.
• Evaluating each step of the project making sure the implementation meets the needs of the client regarding the manpower, time, quality…etc
