Manage and lead projects from inception to completion for each Phase of the Project.
Direct and properly monitor of, site work inspectors, engineer’s performance, project progress and take corrective steps to meet Projects’ deadline, schedule and cost.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

Direct and properly monitor of, site work inspectors, engineer’s performance, project progress and take corrective steps to meet Projects’ deadline, schedule and cost.
Raise Early Warning notices to planning, management and technical department in view of any perceived delays..
Review the coordination of all MEP works. - Follow-up with the activities and resources at project site.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Review the load calculation, wiring, cables selection, and switches.
Preview Electrical submittals and shop drawings.
Ensure that materials used are in accordance with the specification.
• Supervision for Electrical Systems in Buildings, Villas, services and administration buildings
Supervise and monitoring on (QA/QC procedures) through spot checks and audits and complete site work instructions and resolutions to control all non-conformance reports in coordination with Site for effective quality performance and improvements of project activities and monitor their updating.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Discrepancy Report (DR), when activities deviate from the Contract Specifications or normal Construction industry practices to undertake remedial action responses.
Preview Electrical submittals and shop drawings.
Ensure that materials used are in accordance with the specification.
Ensure that electrical works practices are compliant with policies and procedures within agreed timescales.
Suggest process and technical design change to improve performance and efficiency.
