•Monitor procurement project QCDT & legal project evolution (FAI & product development)
• Assess sourcing possibilities on regional level across the business lines and recommend synergies to local procurement teams.
• Ensure the on-time delivery and quality are secured, especially during the ramp-up phase of the project.
• Represent the commodities towards projects, platforms, and solutions.
• Apply the Alstom Procurement process and provide return on experience.
• Manage specific supplier panel relationship.

•Oversaw data analysis for strategic decision making and the identification of out-of-control processes, saving money and reducing cycle time.
•Monitored and reported important performance indicators to relevant stakeholders (KPIs)
•Reviewed and changed inventory rules to enhance supply sustainability and optimizing holding costs.
•Managed supply chain digital transformation project incorporating AI Technology.
•Ensure the application of the commodity strategy and align on the key supplier’s panel.
•Propose productivity actions (Negotiations, Change of Suppliers, Quality Value Engineering) within his/her perimeter in consistency with commodity strategy.

•Provide local market intelligence and new products launch requirements to build sourcing strategies.

Procurement
•Received the project documents from the Tender department and reviewed them to contact concerned departments in case there is missing information.
•Reviewed the vendors' profiles to select the most appropriate ones according to the organization's criteria.
•Received the technical and financial offers from the vendors and reviewed them to ensure that they comply with the project requirements.
•Comparing the offers and finalizing the comparison sheet to be sent to the Projects Manager for approval.
