Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Al Takamol Cement Factory FLS Design, 4500 TPD Line, Concerned with the following Activities:
➢Good Knowledge about Safety Precautions
➢Daily inspection and follow up for Area Equipment
➢ Follow up equipment behavior to be aware about Machines Status and Predict faults before breakdown
➢ Perform Weekly PM Stoppages Scheduled Activities
➢ Plan day by day to perform maintenance jobs to avoid accident stoppages.
➢ Follow up work progress on required work orders
➢ Estimate time and Labor required for establish different job requests

Senior Preparation-Planing Engineer at BMIC plant (Cement Factory) KHD Design, 5000 TPD Line, Concerned with the following Activities:
➢Accept and prepare job requests.
➢ Perform Purchase Requisitions depending on job requests and Spare Parts Classifications and
Quantities in store.
➢ Contact external suppliers, study the technical offers, and contact with technical office to perform
Purchase Order for the optimum offers.
➢ Perform and update Follow Up Sheet for Purchase Requisitions and Orders Status.
➢ Study and Perform required modification in the production line Machines
➢ Create Data Sheets depending on site surveying and vendors documentation
➢ Erect necessary drawing for damaged parts like Driving Shafts, Belt Drums, and re-fabricate them
➢ Perform Scheduled Plans for Preventive Maintenance and Suddenly Stoppages
➢Responsible for Mechanical Workshop (Working as Workshop Engineer)
➢Perform Annual/Monthly Budget for issued Spare parts and Services depending on Job Requests and Previous history.
➢ Coordinate with Maintenance and Production Teams to organize work availability and Priority
➢ Check Materials received in the store according to specifications to be Accepted or Rejected
➢ ِِAssign technical specification and the minimum quantities to border from the store
➢ Verify and classify the materials received in the store (Strategic-consumable- …etc.)
➢ Take part in lubrication plan and Charts

Contact suppliers to get offers for Purchase Requisition
make Technical Evaluation for received spare parts in ware house
follow up technical office to be aware about PR Status
Put annual/monthly Budget
Prepare Schedules for Maintenance Plan
Make Workshop drawing for important spare parts to re-fabricate them in Workshop
take part in Lubrication chart
looking for specification and standardization of equipment in user manuals and internet
Manage and operate Mechanical Workshop
assign important spare parts to get stock in warehouse, then specify them as consumable, stock item, strategic and so on
Applying Safety Principles to any Maintenance work
Follow up day by day Equipment condition and behavior
