Managing and overseeing more than 25 employees were assigned to manage project (110M SAR) for the following activities:
1. Monitoring the capital Project in pre-award phase to ensure timely delivery & prioritization of projects to align with strategic initiatives.
2. Monitor, control and report post-award project status.
3. Design Review and supervise of Investment/ Individual and Government cybersecurity
4. Value Engineering workshops to optimize quality and cost.
5. Close-out Stage, (Initial Acceptance Inspections, Warranty Management)
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project failure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project scope, and define project deliverables.
Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and clients.
Ensure project quality and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Assisted project managers in the planning and execution of projects.

This project develops an IOT-based accident detection system using a microcontroller, GPS, and sensors. It efficiently reports accident severity and the essential information to emergency services, potentially saving lives and minimizing traffic disruptions.
