Installing and configuring Monitoring Tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, New
Relic, and Site 24/7. ·
Experience in system operations / design and deployment of Amazon web
services such as EC2, VPC, S3, etc. ·
Knowledge in some DevOps Tools such as Jenkins. ·
Scripting Skills using Bash and PowerShell and Deploy them using AWS SSM,
Jenkins for Automation job. ·
Configures access permissions for groups and individuals, (VPN, AD, Atlassian
and AWS) and provides technical support (help desk) to users by
troubleshooting problems Microsoft AD processes (Setup users, groups,
policies, Rules) and ticketing systems such as Jira, Kaseya. ·
Troubleshooting problems and researching for drastic solutions. ·
Setup client’s credentials in AWS API gateway using API Keys and Usage
Plans for PROD/UAT/QA and Postman testing. ·
Writing documents clarify the client’s procedure and escalations. ·
Training the new trainees. ·
Participate in technical interviews.
